Anezka (Agnes) Kasparkova, formerly an agriculture worker, picked up the painting as a hobby due to the joy she got out of creating the intricate floral patterns, inspired by Moravian (southern Czech) artwork. Little did she know that her artwork would win her local and global admirers. She claims that does it purely for pleasure and wants to help in the best way she can.

As a resident of Louka, Czech Republic, Kasparkova is aiming to make her hometown just as pleasing to the eye as the images of a little Polish village that went viral where everything was covered in colourful floral paintings, not too long ago. She is proof that age is just a number if you follow your passion.

Her work is similar to the painted houses of Zalipie (the little village in Poland).
