Kathmandu Goldens posts 128 runs target against Team Chauraha in DPL

Dhangadhi, April 10 (RSS) : Kathmandu Goldens has set 128 runs target against Team Chauraha Dhangadhi in a today’s match under Dhangadhi Premiere League (DPL) Cricket Tournament underway in Dhangadhi.

Elected to bat first after winning the toss, the Goldens made 127 runs in the stipulated 20 overs by losing nine wickets.
For Kathmandu, Captain Gynendra Malla hit highest 38 runs off 23 balls including two sixes and three fours. Opener Amit Shrestha made 36 runs from 38 balls with one six and two boundaries. Pushpa Thapa contributed 16 runs not-out, while Bhupendra Thapa 10 runs.

For Team Chauraha, Sompal Kami and Lalit Singh Bhandari claimed two wickets each. Likewise, Rohan Mustafa, Sunil Dhamala and Samsad Shekh took one wicket each.

Now Team Chauraha is batting. It made 91 runs in 13 overs by the time the news was prepared.
