Sonakshi recently shared her pathetic experience on Twitter. Upset with the delivery, the actress tweeted with a picture, “Hey AmazonIN! Look what I got instead of the @bose headphones I ordered! Properly packed and unopened box, looked legit… but only on the outside.” She got a iron piece instead of 18,000 bucks bose headphones.
Sinha posted two different tweets about her shopping fail, tagging Amazon to make a complaint. In another tweet, Sinha also complained about their customer service which is not responding at all to her. The picture of iron piece and twitter post went viral on the internet and Netizens gave total attention to that.
While some people are also making funny of this not-acceptable behavior of online shopping sites by commenting that they are not partial with anyone and fooling everyone including celebrities. After lots of trolling and criticism, Amazon’s customer service finally responded to Sinha’s tweet and apologized for their behavior. “Uh-oh! This is unacceptable! Apologies for the recent ordering experience and the subsequent correspondence with our support team. We’ll get in touch with you directly,” Amazon replied.
