Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam starrer Uri: The Surgical Strike has turned out to be the biggest success story in recent times. No Hindi movie, be it low, medium or high budgeted, as challenged or beaten the records of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (Hindi) but Uri: The Surgical Strike not only broked the day 23 and 24 collections record of the Prabhas starrer but also its week four collection is in the same range as the SS Rajamouli magnum opus.

In the truest sense, the box office collections of Uri: The Surgical Strike are historic. In less than a month of its release, the Vicky Kaushal starrer has hit a double century at the box office. On its day 28, the movie made Rs 2.19 crore, taking its 28-day total to a mammoth Rs 200.07 crore.

Uri: The Surgical Strike will comfortably beat the lifetime collections of 3 Idiots, Golmaal Again in the next two days. Going by the pace it’s going at the box office, the movie is expected to earn Rs 225 crore by the end of its lifetime run. And it won’t come as a surprise if it goes on to beat the lifetime collection of Shah Rukh Khan starrer Chennai Express and Salman Khan starrer Kick.
