Voting in Nepal Idol cost 2.4 million debt says Nishan Bhattarai’s father

Here in the video we have an exclusive interview with the parents of Nishan Bhattarai. Nishan came in limelight after taking part in the popular singing reality show Nepal idol. Nepal Idol was the first international franchise in Nepalese television history. It is a reality singing competition, which is the part of Idols Franchise. The singing reality show was broadcasted from AP1 Television.

The judges of Nepal Idol were Indira Joshi, Kali Prashad Baskota and Nhyoo Bajracharya. The show has explored many capable singers from different parts of the country. Nishan Bhattarai is one of the popular contestants of Nepal Idol. He gave Nepal Idol’s audition from Kathmandu.

He was born on June 11, 1996 in Morang. At the age of 14, he reached top 5 in Nepal Icon. Here in the video his parents talked about their present situation and about their son. His father said that they are in debt because of the show; they have debt of 2.4 million. He said that they took the money to vote him during the contest. Watch video to know more…
